@sylvestermoore2 You are perhaps referring to the California Penal Code or California Vehicle Code? or the California Constitution, United States Constitution?
We need to start a group in each State willing to read sections of their Codes and find the gems that free us, because they are there. I've paid for a lot of the information I've found that others have given me (just to let you know).
