  • Unless you are not bending your elbow's as much, how would decline be better for your Triceps?

    A Decline Bench with a pronated grip on the bar works mostly Serratus Anterior. If you have ever been stuck at the bottom of a lift on flat bench (we all have) unless the weight is too heavy, the main reason why is weak Serratus Anterior.
