Actually its not, that kind of practice would not fly in North America where safety is more than a word.

what practice? thats the same way we do it around these parts which is in North America west TN to be more specific. Aside from turning while the tracks were still on the trailer is the only thing that was even slightly flawed, while not unsafe, it is terribly taxing on the trailer surface, but given the space avail, the operator hadn't much choice
