Grrr. I have the same problem. It started off with my eye twitching, then it got to my knee and now it's on my leg. :(

wow creepy singing and how are u not screaming? What causes them is well it depends. If you're a diabetic it could be lowing your blood sugar too fast. Otherwise It's from dehydration or lack of muscle use. Or a combination.
