this is all under guardianship, he even stated that the state (trust0 is more likely to get the child rather than the father. the state appoints a public trustee using guradianship rules and the child is actually property of the estate, the estate is all chattel and slaves including property, like real-e-state.

In trust law their needs to be an executor over the estate! lawyers act as administrators which is a term in corporate law as they are really corporations for profit! use executors lettr

There are many fathers stating common law jurisdiction and being denied as was I. I never signed the decree stating it violated my inalienable rights. Thirteen years later I simply voided the decree as she went for enforcement when my son wanted to live with me. The hearing was removed from the docket and I recieved a letter from the court saying the suit is vacated. Amazing things happen when you envoke common law rights.

These judges are so lost. They should know before court that this father has filed in lower courts. These judges are simply trying to throw in smoke screens to distract his good intentions. This is typical of thses judges to make a pro-se litigant look bad and stupid. This father should be sitting on the bench making rulings. Motions to modify an existance judment should not be authorized if there is no standadrd of eveidance.

I can not believe that one of the Justices asked about and attorney. In fact the Judge is he felt that was needed could have appointed and attorney.

These Judges clearly do not want to resolve a logical problem, that being that Mr. Cimini can not get a answer to a valid legal question.

This proves that the courts do not belong to the people it belongs to attorneys and Judges who are protecting the divorce industry.
