Windows 2000 is da bomb! Windows XP was initially just a beefed up version of 2000 until Service Pack 2 mandated OS upgrade for some newer programs!

Also, Windows ME was basically a re-distributed version of Windows 98SE modeled to look like Windows 2000; but it failed because of substandard stability.
