Decent technique, but way too much power. Try taking the power off, and being consistent with your haul length. Also be aware of "creeping" after the stop (moving the rod forward, prior to the line fully extending). You are also putting in a lot of body movement. Think smooth, and less abrupt power on the rod movement. It wouldn't take much to fine tune your casting and get the distance without the effort. Good luck.
