Just eat 6 times a day low fat I mean not going over like12grams of fat( every 3 hours) a meal but high protein and also walk or work your way up to walking 4 miles a day, 5 days a week and you'll see that weight drop off. and working out with weights help burn unwanted weight..
I stay away from too much protein. Our bodies don't use protein that much anyway, and it's very taxing on the kidneys, and extra taxing if you don't drink enough water. You can get pneoumonia from high doses of protein in your bloodstream. That is a fact.
