Janie, you are one of the few people on our youtube community that brings me to tears in your videos. They hit me staight in the heart. I am one of the many who have gained weight back. Only 13 pounds but it feels like a million because I never reached goal. You give me courage and a wake up call to change up my life and think I might still be able to do this. Thanks for the fine gift of this video.I have been pondering the big change that happened to me last year as the anniversary comes in May. It is difficult not going to work. I am happy to have the opportunities life presented from the extended vacation in Europe with one more thing crossed off my bucket list! Joys continue to the most important; spending time with my dear aunt this year as she was approaching her end of life on this earth. Thursday all of the grandchildren will be with me. Linda

@cabernetqueen oh Sally...I was a hermit for years. Rarely left the house or saw anyone but my family. That is why this change of life has been so hard on everyone. They were not use to me going anywhere with anybody doing anything... its been very hard. All I can do is hold on tight and hope that once the ride is over, I'll still be whole at the end. I think I will. Its just that the rollercoaster ride isn't over for me yet, so its hard to imagine what it will be like when it stops.
