@sitemouse They don't work when you have light eyes. The point is that the person has dark eyes, so the color changing part makes the natural eye look as part of the pupil to give the eye a larger effect. They work best on people with darker eyes.

@XhorizoninmypocketX Yes! Just be careful and use a small brush. If you apply too much, your eyes will naturally water a bit and move all the shadow to your inner corners.
