Did anyone else notice that the interviewer couldn't stop herself from jumping in and asking a new question before Niki finished her answers? Every fricking one. The Interviewer comes off like she didn't give a damn what the answer was. Niki is sweet and soft-spoken, and I think she's earned the right to finish her sentences :)

she told "people" magazine in 2006: "i will never get over that. that is probably the worst thing that happened in my life, losing my sister and my best friend." i lost an immediate family member when i was pretty young too, so i know what she is saying...you never really ever get over it.

I met her today actually. She came into my store with her sons. She 's so nice and beautiful. She lives here in the Pembroke Pines Fl area.

I am so glad to see Niki back in the spotlight again! She was huge back in the day when I was in junior high and high school -- yes, she was definitely a "famous" supermodel! If anyone remembers that "Supermodel" song by Ru Paul, she was one of the handful of women mentioned by first name along with Linda, Naomi, Christy, Cindy and Claudia, I believe.
