I am american and I have lived in the netherlands for four years. I can tell you that YES dutch people speak very good english. The dutch accent is very cute. Not stupid at all. So, yes they do have an accent and a very cute one.

i'm sorry, but you're wrong. yes, dutchmen (& flemish & scandinavian people) tend to be more fluent in english that most others cultures, but far from all. i can point you towards hundreds of examples here on youtube of dutch people typing severely broken english. nothing to be ashamed about, just a fact.

It's fact that Dutch people are pretty average at English, there are some who have an accent, but also a lot who don't. A lot of Dutch bands/singers sing English - no accent. But to not go off subject: this commercial is da bomb. XD

French is hard to learn... I'm lucky, it's my first language :). I'm kinda bilingual, I love to talk english and it's easy to learn, but i'm always gladly surprised that people from other countries take french classes on purpose. :)
