Check it.. you can use what you have already..example..I have MV8000 with a USB to Midi and reason 5.0/Proteus VX/ Akai S900 all Midi together and I can do the same as Maschine and that NEw MPC without spending a dime and my work flow I know..with my MV and reason 5.0 i have timestretching,audio tracks and Midi tracks,which are NOT the same mixdown mode,mastering mode with a Sh?t load of efxs and I can burn a CD right from my MV 8G and my MV is standalone no pc crashing or delay in the signal

@OnlyOmari It's not just a controller. It still has the MPC AD/DA converters what make it an MPC. It has audio outs, if it were jus a controller it wouldn't have "audio" outs. Just sayin... Im still gonna wait on reviews!

Just so everyone knows, This is a "Music Production Controller", not a "Music Production Center" like the other mpc's. This is pretty much an mpd with software and an audio interface, like maschine. You can't use this w/o a computer. Except maschine's software looks better from what I see. Still gonna keep my eye on it
