Hey, this is similar to "The Tantrum" as depicted in the feature film, "The Cool Ones". In that movie, the dance becomes the new sensation that sweeps the nation, but in real life neither it or "The Statue" really succeeded that way - despite how the host introduces it here.
I bet the Gazzarri Dancers were relieved to perform one number where they could just stand still a lot, instead of working their asses off as they usually had to do.
Nice clip. If only it didn't have the "For Research Only" notice right in front in the middle.
