I'm definitely going to be putting in a 10 series into my v10 6.8 f250. I've been looking for that perfect exhaust and I think I found it lol. I went to the muffler shop and told the guy I wanted a single chamber 44 on my truck and the guy put in a dual chamber quite exhaust he said a single chamber would sound crappy. Ridiculous I can't wait for that 10

I got a super 44 single inlet/dual outlet on my 08 Sierra 4.8 liter v8 it sounds great!!! Deep sound and aggressive. Also my 87 z28 has a super 40. Can't go wrong w/ a flowmaster.

flowmaster needs to stop testing mufflers on these kind of vehcles they really dont do the mufflers justice.. do it on a newer v8 or something then ull really see the real sound!

Nice comparison, but doing a sound comparison while playing background "music"...why? IMHO, the music distracts from the sound you’re trying to sell. I have a set of your original 40s and will probably go with 50 or 70 Deta’s next year.

What would sound the best on a 4.3 liter v6?

@RichardSoullie I have a 40 series delta flow on my 4.3. It sounds okay but you can only hear it when you are accelerating. but I want it louder so i'm going with a super 44.

@jowers10 the 40 is actually rated louder inside than the 44 and the same utside. its better if you have a v8

I am going to replace my Super 40 3'' sinlge in/out with the Super 10 single 3'' in/out on my truck with the 454.It should give me more tone than the quiet Supe 40.
