All this format C: and fdisk C: stuff won't actually work under normal circumstances. You have to use those commands from a boot disk when Windows isn't running, and even this will only work if you have Windows on a filesystem type that your boot disk can read.

Recursive deletion can be a nuisance, and may be able to delete some documents if done properly, but again, Windows won't let you delete system files this way unless you use a boot disk.

When I save it anywhere in my system Kaspersky considers it a trojan and deletes it. It truly is the best AntiVirus I have ever run! There is an option to prevent malicious scripts from executing, more than likely this is what is catching it.
