I would have made the ending rather harsher - the music speaks of "the mother of all battles" and "ruling for a thousand years" upon victory of said war.

I only see of one kind of war that fits that description. And you would not have had trouble finding movie clips with THAT.

Granted, that would have drastically changed the tone of your video, perhaps away from your intentions.

wow man very good job. glorious video, but not perfect. imho you shouldn't use clips that relates more to usa than europe. for example instead of 9/11 attacks you could have used london or madrid bombings. same stands for movies like patriot, black hawk down and pearl harbor... and wtf is with that samurai movie?... let me repeat myself: great job, possibly the best video for globus europa, but not perfect.

@4txx Well first, 9/11 changed the whole world, including Europe. Second, the Americans were fighting the British during the Revolutionary War who are, last time I checked, European. Third the battle depicted in Black Hawk Down also had UN personnel in real life, many of them from Europe. Finally, Pearl Harbor might be a stretch, but it did start the Pacific theater in WWII which Britain was heavily involved in. So...yeah.

@whatever3132 Britain was involved in the Pacific Theater ill give you that but if you compare their involvement in the PTO and ETO you'll be seeing a very different picture in numbers/manpower. America and China were really the two only major groups that fought for the PTO with britain having part in indo-china. even with all this, America had decided at the beginning that its effort would be first put into Europe and North Africa before they focused on the PTO

when it mentions waterloo during the first parts of the song why is there a scene of two napoleonic ships firing at each other. The Battle of Waterloo was fought on land not on the sea, you could have used a scene from the film "Waterloo" or from "Sharpe's Waterloo". Sorry if this is picky otherwise an absolutely fantastic video, I don't know why this doesn't have more views. xxx
