@ThePlayerSupremeshow I did a full body workout last night. I did 4 sets of 10 for bench press, pull-ups, and deadlifts, and added in 2 sets of shrugs and shoulder raises....BUT IM NOT SORE?.....did I do something wrong? Thank for your advice!

@kallo1234 I'm a skinny dude myself and went over this whole dilemma about full body or split, i'll just stick with full body. going on holidays soon, just wondering what I can do to keep my shape when i'm not in the gym for 3 weeks. Will pushups, body weight squats and sit ups suffice?
@kallo1234 Well if there is no gym then those exercises will have to do. go to my site that I posted and do your abs from the program that I put up. Takes only 4 minutes or so.

Thanks for the advice Player. I'm currently in bulk mode and giving it 110% in the gym. The nerds selling e-books and trainers make the whole thing seem more complicated than it really is. Alot of steroid-users and closet homos on that bodybuilding website too.
