Until I saw this I would've never thought that "friendly" and "hippo" could be used in the same sentence. Unless of course the sentence was "Steve was a pretty friendly guy until the hippo killed him." Amazing.

just watched this and they killed shot a male hippo who was friendly with her. why can't we live in harmony with nature.

they didn't kill the male hippo his name was charlie, nearby farmers killed it for eating their crops. They were hoping Charlie would mate with Jessica when he was killed

I love Jessica. She's so sweet NatGeo is doing a special on her. But I have to wait til Apr 20 to watch it in HK. I'd be very grateful if there are any more clips on Jessica.
