How to add more RAM MineCraft [ PC ] [ All Ver. ]

[internal error java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect] ...this is the error message anyone who joins my server gets...does it matter that i am runnign a hamachi server? if i use the normal server .jar then it works but i need more ram so it isn't a good trade
