Yes this is a government project,when at job corps in stead nevada there is an airfield next to it and we would see these all the time......its no secret.
the flying dustbin returns! ok ok... it's actually a USAF UAV. what you can't see are the thin blades spinning around near it's centre keeping it up. seen this one being tested. it makes a humming noise from the blades and the electric motor inside. it's a little larger/higher than a man and hovers so that the cameras (day/night/thermal) can get a decent picture. Not alien unless you consider americans to be aliens! hmmm... hadn't thought of that... hmmm american aliens... amaliens! lol
No doubt something secret developed at Area 51. Like the huge black Triangle I saw hovering very low over the town of Bury St Edmonds in the UK at 0530 one morning. A conventional aircraft would have woken the whole town.
