@sonnic1995 Just because Symphony of Destruction is their most famous and well known song. Even the radio plays it tons. Like Metallica's Enter Sandman. Still, neither of those songs are either band's BEST song, even though they're both amazing songs. My favorite Megadeth song is easily Holy Wars, and my favorite Metallica song is probably Fuel or Hit the Lights. No, I don't like the ReLoad album, I just love that one song.
black album definitely is NOT the best metallica album...for me, Ride The Lightning is the only album that can be compared with RIP. Of course that Master Of Puppets, Kill em all and "and justice for all" are great too, but I think that megadeth career have being much more solid than the metallica one.

My favourite Megadeth riff is the slow riff near the end of Wake Up Dead (not the one in this video, although that works too). It's so... sarcastic. A lot of the riffs he writes really seem to be meant to remind you that he doesn't take himself or his music too seriously. Which is a good thing, I'm not bashing the guy. I find it refreshing in metal/thrash.
In fact, almost any of the riffs from the Peace Sells... album serve that purpose.
