Did you have the same problem as me unlocking it? i have even boaght an unlock code and even if it says it worked and i tried it like 4 times it still won't unlock, What did you do to get it to work?.

To the top-right of the unit on the corner next to the screen, there should be a little part missing. Put something in like a small screwdriver and prize it open. Should work, let me know how it goes! :)

tbf. i quite like this phone. my sony ericsson broke on holiday, so i got this as a in between phone. yeah it's basic but it does it's job. the charge holds for days, it's easy to use and i think it's very loud? the web is quick for me and for the money (39.99) i think it's great. fairplay.

No pen with it. Maybe you are right, a pen will make it easy as its touch screen is not very sensitive. :)

@underpantswedgy it is charging though but i think there is a cd provided that u must use so that u can access files from ur phone to the pc. Once the cd is installed it may create a icon called pc suite or something similar
