Watch him and compare him with others and find out for yourself.

If you would look at it carefully, Rampage is a much better fighter than Forrest. At least he would look like a bitch fighting Anderson Silva. Anyhow, if you find the Forrest is a great fighter, then so be it. It's your prerogative. BTW, I know a lot about martial arts.

I've been in the military and have practiced mma (bjj,boxing). Still my opinion means nothing but forrest is one of the few that uses a little of everything hince (freestyle fighter) If he would just use his takedowns and ground skills his record would be better. trading with jardine was just stupid. Resting with rashad on top was too. Oh at the very beginning griffin gets him with a awesome sweep. The takedown at the end wasn't as cool as that sweep.

Personally i thought the take down at the end was dirty.

You can see them both minorly working on clinching, not trying too hard. Then suddenly Forrest explodes and goes for that big take down. If you're gonna do light grapping/clinching keep it light. Dont suddenly drop your partner on his head haha.
