@sangogirl013 This song is for her father if I remember (because Hanabi I believe is for her grandma), she has a promo pic out with numbers written on a mirror, some say is the day she found out her dad died.

That's why she she says XX has gone to a place they cannot meet, and how when the phone rang a premonition was becoming.
