cool video and ditto for me with water except i have a hard time clearing my head during meditation but im new at this so can you give me any advice with meditation?
Part One: I have a couple of suggestions, I hope this helps! I would suggest at first starting a breathing exercise. For five minutes every day for a week (same time each day), just focus on your breath, as you inhale and exhale, taking deep breaths. I find that helps with quieting your mind because you can't think while focusing on your breath. Sometimes even I have to do that during meditation to quiet my mind.
Part Two: Another suggestion is to focus on a candle flame, or running water (like in a stream), or anything similar. That's another great way to learn how to quiet and focus your mind. After you get better at that, I would suggest then maybe try a guided meditation. You can find plenty of them on YT, look for YT user Helenhealer - I know she has a couple guided meditations. Do that for a few weeks, trying different meditations.
Part Three: Then after a few weeks, you will be ready to try on your own. When you do it on your own without the guided meditation, then start with the breathing exercise I described, and then close your eyes and work on some visualization that you would have practiced with the guided meditations. It takes a lot of work, but you WILL get better, and it is SO worth it. I hope this gives you a place to start, and if you have any other questions, just let me know!
Amazing video and a great idea. i tried the water meditation and i got amazing results. you are an amazing wiccan from the looks of your videos. Blessed be!
Lakes have wonderful energy, and if you have a connection with a lake, that's great! When I can't get to the ocean, I live near a lake as well, so that's where I go. Thank you for watching!
Wonderful!!! Thank you!!! I will making a few guided meditations soon xxxx But i can imagine how wonderful it was for you just walking away your worries :) Blessings gorgeous! xxxxxx
That is a lovely area for meditation. I live off of the gulf of Mexico and I sit in in the water where it's waist deep and meditate. I also do it when I am doing bath ritual. Just sit in the tub and meditate. I've been begging to the Gods and Goddesses to help contain and rid of the oil spill out in the gulf of Mexico.
Thank you! I forgot to mention in the video that it works well as a bath meditation as well. Meditating in the Gulf of Mexico must be wonderful! It's a shame there are oil spills. Thank you for watching and commenting!
My day Is never complete with a shower meditation. :-) If it's not too personal, which dieties have you connected to most in the water element? During my daily shower I usually connect with Tefnut.
To be honest with you, I've never connected with a specific deity, just the goddess or the god. I only fairly recently discovered that I resonate with the Egyptian pantheon. Right now, I'm working on forming a relationship with Isis, and perhaps move onto other deities. I don't meet her or anyone else specific in my water meditations...yet...
Glad you liked the idea! And actually, I did several videos by the ocean the same day. I just didn't post them all at once. I do plan on going back soon though!

I live 1 hour give or take from the Atlantic Ocean. But I'm close to a lake that has a big connection with me, Water with Earth.
