As someone who transports rescue dogs from kill shelters to safety, I have to say how thoroughly charmed I am that someone is making a car geared towards dog lovers. I never considered a Honda Element, but I'll be checking it out when I'm in the market for a new car next year. Not saying a dog accessory package will win me over, but it put the Element on the map for me...and I never considered it before.
I have a 2005 and LOVE IT! I comfortably fits my husband, and myself, and our five dogs (four over 100 lbs). The best vehicle ever and it is fun to drive.
Interesting concept. But what if the owner doesnt have a dog but a different pet. Would the safety systems still be effective. And on another quick note. What if you have more than 1 dog, I have 3 is their enough space. Oh and first!!

I don't get why the US Hondas are so far behind the Japan Hondas, as they mentioned, they've had this concept long time ago.
They need some Recaro Racing seats for Dogs also like they do in Japan,
