People are entitled to do whatever they like to their own body! People get tattoos and piercings to "enhance" their appearance. Botox is not permanent, it just relaxes the muscles its injected to for approx 4 months. I've had my forehead done and it made a huge difference. It didn't hurt, swell, feel sore, sting or anything. Just felt like a sharp pen on my forehead.

Christ, permanent hairdye lasts longer than botox and more people have allergic reactions to that! :)

botox alone won't fix the problem if you have deep lines there...you will need a dermal filler too. on the first day, swelling from the botox shots will fill the creases, but that will go away by the next day. most cosmetic proceedures can't be evaluated until some time after they've been done.

Didn't hurt for me in the frown lines area. My doctor told the observing dermatology resident he uses a very small needle and tries to inject through a pore. Also, the doctor changed needles with a fresh one 1/2 way through. Didn't feel a thing.

No one under 40 should be getting botox! This is a crying shame. I did not even notice any wrinkles until I was about 38. One day, I said, "Oh look at that." I'm just starting to *think* about getting botox.

It makes me really sad to read that 26 year olds are wanting it. People are their most beautiful in the 20's!! Please see that beauty in the mirror. All photographs in magazines have been touched up.
