It's much easier to do psychokinesis(subatomic particles). Things like electrical currents and machinery are much more vunerable to psychic energy.
You need to do cardiovascular exercise for at least 30 minutes to make sure your heart can easily function at the increased rate.
In my opinion, telekinesis is a waste of energy and you can get the same results or better with psychokinetic influence.
