People need to pay attention. So he's installed an app that can do this... So what? The bottom line is don't install apps from non reputable vendors. It's that simple. It's not a leak, or a hack, or anything of that nature. Just a bunch of iPhone owners trying to take an easy shot at Google.
@Aboodyksa To me all these security suites (whch I've been using last year) were pretty useless really. I'm not using any of these anymore. The best is to know how your phone works since Android is open source. You have XDA and the Android community for technical support. But I ve been tinkering with the Google's phone series whch I prefer over OEMs phones which skins (sense and the like) I'm not a fan of. Not sure if OEMs engineers really any reliable.
No harm done. You need to run the software yourself. And also these audioclips are save on your own device, not a remote location. Sure it can send it to other location but then it shows premission text on the installer?

The reboot permission in this app is for rooted phones anyway. At least true with my phone. So that's implying that rooted are malwares vulnerables?

very disappointing for Android.
I wish there is more control on security and what really is being used by application, that users can know about and control BEFORE it happens.
sucks, all those premium anti-virus apps are just a scam and i felt for one of them :(
