unless you use your computer simply for movie watching, the keyboard is the most human-abused part of the computer. would you rather spend $50 a year for nice looking keyboard with cheap rubber domes, or an "ugly" looking $200 keyboard with capacitor switches that would last at least 10 years?

i bought cheapo keyboard for 5 dollars and works like it use to and i used it for more than 2 yers w/o any problem at all. i even throw it away when it still works cuz i wanna change to a nicer keybard....

I don't like ergonomics, at any rate it's not about the shape, it's about the keys and the response time. Even best ergonomic keyboards have crappy keys.

Well, that's not quite true, there are a couple ergo keyboards with good key feel - the IBM Model M15 (stupid rare, last one I saw on eBay went for $760) and the Northgate OmniKey Evolution (rare, but there are still places selling new old stock... IIRC, around $250.)

It is a little low priced from HHKBpro.

By the way, HHKBpro is OEM product of Topre.

There is a keyboard of 101US key layout(PS/2), too.

However, it is considerably larger than HHKBpro.

The key touch is also a little different.

I worried HHKBpro and which to be bought.

This is a very good keyboard.

Sound, feeling, and durability, etc.

As for this keyboard, the weight of the key is different respectively.

It is divided with 30g, 45g, and 55g according to strength of the

finger.
