I remember first seeing this in junior high and showing all my friends, and now i'm a senior in high school. I've ALWAYS thought this was one of the greatest things I've ever watched on you tube. Very good acting and filming Looks likes a real movie But I am gonna have to disagree with alot of these coments. I thought the ending was just dumb it was so lame it made no sense at all not even funny!! for one there is no needle in the movie. am I missing something I don't get it? the first part was good and very sad but then all of the sudden it like totally changed and became dumb right at the end. it could have been a better ending that would have made sense to the rest of the clip!

It's a joke on the audience. And 'Needle Anus' sounded funnier than 'Nail Anus', and we wanted it to confuse people.

It is indeed juvenile but I couldnt help but laugh. It's a bit like when you have a tragic moment but something funny happens so the tension and sadness just melts away for that moment.
