hmm, interesting.. i used to teach that way "step into the shots" well, question is how often can i do that? nowadays we get high spinny balls left and right.. most of time we can't step into the shots.. I go with semi open stance when i teach because when i go close stance student try to step into every shots.. i mean returning serve too.
Did you ever hear the story that Nadal used to sit on chair and hit the ball...why? they know they can't rely on the leg power all the time. too fast in pro
@hi10spro Good effort man, but your grip contradicts your swing. To compensate, you do last moment wrist adjustments. This hurts your consistency. If you want to rotate the body as much as you do and make contact out in front, you need to either change to a semi-western or to break your wrist backwards the way Federer does. Your type of eastern with a straight wrist requires an old fashioned swing, the Mcnroe type. If you like your grip then avoid over-rotating and keep the right shoulder back.
ha, no offense but you are restricting allottt of power. you are hitting the ball from far too low and really only using your arm. your racquet should start from much higher up and be cocked. you did not squat at all either. alot of your power comes from your legs. you just stepped into the shot. perhaps i being too crytical and this is just for beginners??
@gewooneerlijk upper limit homes to hit flat and hard, plus spin kills, my ball lands and accelerates, when I hit flat, it lands and slows down... try it, plus you have to be really on to nail it flat, it has to be close to the net to go in, with spin, i can elevate the path of the ball OVER the net by 3 feet and it'll still go it
@IllnezzBD shaddup... :D yes...but I'm not that FIT yet. just doing this is making me tired. I'm putting 80% body effort into the ball...it's exhausting me
Good one. When it's in my wheelhouse, I focus on getting my right shoulder under my chin at the finish. I can launch the ball if I don't get the brush up motion just right...but sometimes you gotta say wtf and go for it
Great artical, but I did know this, too bad so many dont we could feed the world if we would stop this madness of making Hemp a bad thing! Wake up America, we have to revert back to Hemp for our future its the only way to have the green and renewable sources of food fuel and biopchemicals let alone all the textile use of fibers and such. Its a true miricle plant and we have demonized it for far too long!
@hi10spro young grasshopper, hemp is not cannabis, its the sex of the plant that is used for all sorts of things. hemp clothing, protein from the seeds. hemp protein is the gold standard for bodybuilders and anyone wanting to be extra healthy. google hemp protein and read how good it is
Lame footwork, bad technic, the ball isn't effective, too slow...
