Slayer is a pretty decent band. But that's all thanks to Jeff Hanneman and Tom Araya. Kerry King is a goddamn joke to the metal community. And in my opinion, Hate Crew was the best bodom album. It had a newer heavier sound, but still kept the intensity and aggression that their older albums had. Not to mention, the solos on Hate Crew are by FAR better than the ones on Are You Dead Yet?

True Bodom fans who followed them the span of their career will tell you "Follow The Reaper" was the last GREAT album, "Hate Crew" is decent, and the latest would be "good" in the genre of Metal but because they have the name "Bodom" on them it's a disappointment.

i do agree with u...COB had undefeatable solos b4...but their new riffs are nice...they sound heavy at least(if you want peace prepare for war's intro for eg.)...slayer were gr8...the reason they succeeded was due to their anti-religious sentiments...and no1 were THAT heavy back then...but COB have both Slayer's speed and musical sensibilities...and a master keyboardist...lol...so i think with COB's new album Relentless Reckless forever, they may combine all the genres of metal...:)
