The only way I know to help you with those would be to transcribe them for you in sheet music form... It's not way crazy hard just a few notes in a row on the bass drum at the beginning of each bar.

I just saw Shinedown. They were really good but took way too long between songs for me. I tell you what, I'm about to be working 25 hours less per week and I'll post a whole bunch of RATM vids bc you're not the first that's had a request and honestly, they aren't usually that hard for me. The only Wilk song I can think of ATM that I just can't do also happens to be the only one my band covers at every show, Show me how to live. I have to play it 1 bpm slower than the cd. :-)

I don't think I had played this one until yesterday. I ran through it about 3 times and shot the video. I've listened to the song at least 4 billion times so that helps a lot. The Sikth song took over a month to learn and the one I'm working on now, "More of myself to Kill" by Between the Buried and Me, is taking awhile. I guess it depends on the songs difficulty and how familiar I am with the tune. The BTBAM tune is very familiar to me but really hard so it still takes awhile.
