  • Hi, need your advice on this. I tried to make and follow your instructions but the outcome is not as we have expected. there were some areas of the bread pieces that are wet o parang di umalsa parang 80% of the bread pieces were cooked but the rest is not.

  • @yhou24 nope bossing bawal un radiation oven kasi cooks the food from the inside unlike sa real oven. you can try if you want to see is to believe :). since marunong ka naman sa internet try using google and check the difference between using micro vs real oven.

  • @crosse1151 klkohan lang yung sa radiation.. a t hindi bwal yun.. modern times na tyo nsolve na yang snsbi mong radiation ng mga bgong microwave oven..

  • @zafiafication I think you can use Active-Dry-Yeast din nmn kaso using it takes time kasi you will need to hydrate the Active-Yeast para mabuhay to, if you cant find Fast-Rising-Yeast, go find Instant-Yeast, same lang nmn sila, and about the bread flour,YES iba poh ang Bread-Flour sa All-Purpose-Flour, using Bread-Flour is much better than using APF, ksi Bread-Flour is a high Gluten flour, that makes the bread Soft and Chewy.u can stil use APF but the product will not be as you expect it to be.
