@zafiafication I think you can use Active-Dry-Yeast din nmn kaso using it takes time kasi you will need to hydrate the Active-Yeast para mabuhay to, if you cant find Fast-Rising-Yeast, go find Instant-Yeast, same lang nmn sila, and about the bread flour,YES iba poh ang Bread-Flour sa All-Purpose-Flour, using Bread-Flour is much better than using APF, ksi Bread-Flour is a high Gluten flour, that makes the bread Soft and Chewy.u can stil use APF but the product will not be as you expect it to be.

i just baked this recipe and it turned out to be good. the best pan de sal recipe so far. the bread turned out be very soft. panlasang pinoy, thanks for posting!

I'm happy my pandesal turned out just awesome! Di na ako bibili everything is homemade na...thanks kuya and to your lovely wife for sharing! By the way kuya, I substitute 2 cups of whole wheat flour, for healthy pandesal. I really love it!

I have a big pouch of rapid rise yeast that I bought, so I don't need to buy a small one like the one you used. I just want to know if how many tablespoons or teaspoons should i use to make the pandesal? I appreciate your video it's very helpful.
