  • the 2006-present Toyota Corolla is assembled in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada Toyota City, Aichi, Japan Durban, South Africa Adapazarı, Turkey Tianjin, China Taipei, Taiwan Bidadi, India Shah Alam, Malaysia Karachi, Pakistan Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines Chachoengsao, Thailand Vĩnh Phúc, Vietnam Indaiatuba, Brazil Cumana, Venezuela Fremont, California, USA Susono, Shizuoka, Japan Higashi Fuji, Japan Zárate, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina
  • I love the Corolla. We traveled from Maryland to Arizona straight for 40 hrs. and it never failed us. Its durability is tested.

  • @EDRIANCAYME Of course it'll be durable...especially considering how nobody ever thrashes a Corolla or puts any "hard miles" on it. Corolla engines basically get babied since they may only reach redline a handful of times in their lifetimes...and even that's being generous. The cars that survive events like the Bullrun Rally and place in the top 10 are the truly durable ones, they actually get pushed hard.

  • turdoda crapola electric steering defect can kill you

  • i love that color! my car!

  • BEL-AIR TOYOTA OTTAWA WORST Dealer thugs ,,, corolla 2011 has too many manufactures faults extremely bad interior, plastic garbage, think 100 time before buying it .

  • BEL-AIR TOYOTA OTTAWA WORST Dealer thugs ,,, corolla 2011 has too many manufactures faults extremely bad interior, plastic garbage, think 100 time before buying it

  • Toyota's are piece of shit cars especially the Camry and corolla

  • @rocktime431 If you hated so much then why search Toyota? By the way I bet you drive a toyota echo.

  • what would you guys rather have.. a 2008 Honda civic coupe (white) or a 2009 Toyota corolla (black)

  • @the1end1starts1now neither, mazda 3 all the way

  • The Toyota name is fast having a reputation of poor quality and safety recalls.

  • @CrashJSTest yes, i mean that one, not the 1997, its called the great corolla is the best generation of corolla

  • toyota nowadays r trash!!! the nicest corolla ever made is the corolla DX and the 1997 corolla IMO

  • the xrs is pointless...less mpgs less power higher 0-60 and not as good loooking..three words...honda civic si

  • Nice car....i have the same 2010 model in streak blue and full load with 5 speed with leather.I have had no problems with this car......run great with lots of power....but closer to the 200hp would have been nicer. The gas mileage is quite high for this vehicle...so far ive only been able to achieve about 550kms a tank full. But the fit and finish is good.

  • We had a 5 Speed Corolla, best damn car we had! Although the Camry we got's catchin' up, over 130,000 miles (209,205 kilometres). But it still has A LOT of catching up to do compared to the Corolla, over 310,000 miles (498,873 kilometres) (last time I remember)... :)

  • this crap doesnt need a spoiler

  • i know right, this car doesnt even go fast enough for the rear tires to lose traction

  • @tonytsui96 ...how or why would the rear tires ever lose traction in the first place? It's a front wheel drive car.

  • Maybe if you took a sharp turn really fast?

  • @ 0:34, how many of those you see on the road?

  • Honda CIVIC is UGLY the interior is horrid! get the 2010 Corolla S model now! good drive out prices =D and its very good looking in BLACK PEARL PAINT!. Sorry Honda but the civic is ugly! the interior is CRAP, it's noisY!!!!!!!! and lets just say its not as refine and fit and finish is sub-par. Civic will never catch up to the Corolla's legendary status in the automotive world. It's number 1 in the entire world for very good reason

  • @CSplayahata I AGREE 100 PERCENT

  • @CSplayahata It's number one because its damn cheap but reliable and gets good milage. The interior is also crap in the Corolla too, it's pure plastic. Plus, the steering, gas pedal, and brake pedals are all insanely vague and numb. There is absolutely nothing special about the Corolla or Civic..they're just cookie-cutter economy cars.. It's the low-ass price tag that causes people to buy the Corolla (or any Toyota for that matter, save the Prius which eco-nuts buy), nothing more.

  • @CSplayahata the honda civic has about the same reliability and the corolla is not # 1 anymore look past its reliability and it has nothing over any of its competitors because it is outclassed in every other area and its still selling because some people have not caught on yet

  • TOYOTA HATES AMERICA

  • I hate jap cars but if your going to buy one get the civic this is the worest car i have ever had any interaction yet if you like rape than rent one of these to drive 1200 miles it's like non stop ass sex and we got 19 mpg highway !

  • Civic is better.

  • is tehre any significant difference gas saving between yaris and corolla?

  • I LOVE MY COROLLA S <3

  • I have uploaded a VID with COROLLA COSTS .. its awesome bargain... if you have the pockets for a brand new car.

of course a second hand is much cheaper. :-)

  • Great car but it's not gonna give you any bragging rights.

  • automobiles (dot) com rates this the world's least reliable car of 200_

  • beats a honduh!

  • theyre actually saying that the base corolla doesnt even have power windows, wow, thats a piece of shit

  • too bad this car only has a 1.8 liter with 132 HP, needs more power. the Cobalt base engine has 168 HP ans is still rated at 37 mpg, american cas are better, always have been but

they could put a shit on a stick and call it a toyota and people would still buy it as long as it has resale value.

  • omg this is my dream car!!! in that color!!! :)

  • In my country the Philippines, This car is known as the All-New Toyota Corolla Altis.

  • يالبى الكورلا بس

  • I'm either going for a Toyota Corolla S or a Honda Civic sedan next year.

  • @ladyyuna2000 civic is more sporty, toyota is just boring

  • @ladyyuna2000 Civic is going to be completely redesigned next year. I would wait and see what that car offers versus the 2011 model (changing model years early next year for the Civic, selling the 2012 model in 2011). If the 2012 Civic isn't that much of an improvement or doesn't appeal to you, I'm sure the 2011 Civic models on the dealership lots will sell for much less once the new model comes out. Plus you'd get the most reliable Civic because it's at the end of it's model generation.

  • @Windgrace I know Honda Civic is my favorite car since high school and South Korea is doing it bests now when it come to making cars I might just buy a korean car instead because I am half korean and I have to support them.

  • i almost died in my corolla when the ecu failed while driving on the highway

  • @Oceandeep8 Kia lol.

  • And all Toyota models come with ACC (Automatic Cruise Control). I had a 2007 Corolla S with all the crap you want but don't need when your (ACC) kicks in and you car takes off into traffic.

I put my car in park, My key in my pocket. When my car starts up (BY ITSELF) and get put into drive (BY ITSELF) then take off down the parking lot like a bat out of hell and hit a tree.

The insurance company called it faulty equipment. Personally I think Toyota used my car for a new Toystar (on star) feature.

  • They should make a Corolla in the style of that 60s....it would sell like hotcakes.

  • @DJTEVAdotCOM No it wouldn't.

Have you seen newer cars yet? Younger people aren't driving forty year old Toyota's either. Plus the old style of car were unsafe. you cant keep an old style and make it just as safe with out significant modifications. Toyota used Velcro to keep the seats down in the older cars.

  • jap trap. i dont know how you can go on with life knowing that you drive that POS. buy american and support your country.

  • @WiII420 Toyota builds as many cars in america as any of the big 3. Toyota has over 172 thousand employees in this country. How can you consider that not american?

  • @stopindecentvidremov because is not an american car dumbshit. this is not fuckin japan

  • @WiII420 Ok "dumbshit", its built in America, by Americans, using American parts. The only difference is its designed by people who have a clue about building a long lasting vehicle and the company is from a country that has higher standards for saftey and reliability.

  • @stopindecentvidremov you mean a country of back stabbing japs?

  • @WiII420 So basically what your telling me is, Toyota is backstabbing, and the American car companies who steal our tax money, sell us shitty unreliable cars and refuse to repair their defective vehicles are not backstabbing?

  • @stopindecentvidremov that made no sense what so ever but ok. u can drive ur prius or ur smart car what ever the hell u want ill have a REAL american vehicle and burn ur piece of shit. its sad to see that so many people these days are fags

  • @WiII420 What part of that did not make sense? Smokin a little to much 420 these days? I actually have a Camry and a BMW 5 series. What do you drive? A Ford?

  • @WiII420 And id rather have a Prius than a fuckin Chrylser Pt cruiser or chevy HHR. Talk about gay cars...

  • @stopindecentvidremov i drive a dodge cummins. and i have driven a camry as a rental before they drive like shit and have no power. and those are gay american cars i agree but the new ford mustang with the 5.0 v8, the new camaro, challenger, and charger i would say are some of the nicer ones for more of a sport car, chevy tahoe has a flex fuel option if you want it, the suburban is the biggest suv they make, ford made an excursion that had a powerstroke diesel in it

  • @stopindecentvidremov Yeah um your a idiot. The Prius screams FAG!!!

Have you seen Jeff Dunham on TV? he's hilarious. I hope your gas pedal gets stuck under you floor mat.

  • @WiII420 There's a reason why Toyotas are the best selling cars. RELIABILITY and DEPENDABILITY! I'd never drive a Ford if it was given to me.

  • @professorxox Yeah you would and if not your a stupid foolish person who wants to drive a death trap the rest of your insignificant life.

  • @WiII420 Must be another Redneck. Time to take down and put away your confederate flag that's hanging on your living room wall.

  • toyota blowssss

  • i like the chick

  • i love my corolla s 2010. its nice and i honestly got 635 miles on a full tank. i dont know if thats good or usual for any other car but i was so happy i bought this car. you should too!

  • traded-in my 08 Scion Xb for 10 Corolla S, and I don't regret it at all. Great handling, and love the looks. I know it is a smaller engine, but it has enough power, and it's quick! Love everything in the car. Took advantage of 0% financing, no payments for 90 days and 2 years complimentary maintenance. What else can I expect from Toyota? Always been and always be a Toyota driver, no matter how many recalls, after all, who hasn't had any?

  • I love my 99 corolla, never give me any trouble , only thing that I don't like is daylight head light , it turn on whenever engine on, how can i disable this function ,

  • I like my Corolla so much not until that recall which they got a little power from its torque.

  • We just bought a brand new Toyota Corolla a couple of days ago and I love the handling very smooth unlike the Civic it's kinda heavy.

  • in indonesia.this car basic price is arround 31.000$us.could reach 37.000$us if fully loaded.lol.crazy price for a car like this.

  • @caronliner24 Wow and I thought its expensive here in the Philippines, Our top of the line Corolla here is about $19,000 and its a water downed S model of the U.S. Our bigest engine here is a 2 liter DOHC. Anyway the over sensationalized recall by the media did not seem to hurt the sales of this car at all! Amazing! Just go to show the great past experience and satisfaction of owners of this car.

  • @enemay LOL.indonesian tax is very high.the 2 liter dohc here cost 37000$.

  • why hasent anybody put a comment?

  • Recalls are standard.

  • What a lovely voice

  • I own this car and if toyota redesign da rear seats, make the engine smoother and make the cabin more quiet , I would love this car

  • I have always wondered who the fuck hired that woman on the video?

Is she on a fashion review or car review ?

  • yea LOL but I learn how to open my corolla' s door properly from dat girl LOL

  • I have a Corolla 2009 Hatch and its an Awesome car, the wheels here look like crap, i got the $2000 Kappa wheels and makes the car fu*&%ing awesome,

    Best car!

  • This or a Nissan versa..

  • @lexusES350h Id say go with the corolla only because i love the one my family has and it has absolutely no problems, its very roomy and easy to drive. Or looking at your credentials why not just go for a lexus:)

  • very efficient vehicle

  • You are crazy. No space in the back for anyone over 5.7 ft and if the driver is 6 ft or more god help you in the back but other then that and the power. Very very good car

  • yea ! n da rear seats r not comfy for short people cuz da seat structure makes yer shoulder got bent, while tall people can put their elbow on the armrest cuz they can reach,so its not comf for both tall n short people

  • I just bought one despite the recalls, they told me it has the fix and i'm loving it.. no problems at all.

  • I just got one today!!! They already fixed the new car, I love it too!

  • how is the room in the back seat?

  • AMAZING! Tons of room.

  • how is the room in the back seat?

  • @lexusES350h ....."Oh Sir, it has the fix!"

    2 months later

RIP lexusEX350h, one of the many victims of the Toyota.

  • Me and my parents used to loyal toyota buyers. Now with all the problems and sub-par interior quality we've turn to Hyundai.

Proud driver of a Hyundai Sonata and Genesis.

  • lexus' interior is definitely NOT sub-par

  • Your right, lexus is doing just fine. Unfortunately I can't say the same for toyota.

  • I'd take the risk of slamming into a tree in my Toyota than getting laughed at in a Hyundai.

  • Only a clueless, immature, ignorant retard would laugh at you for driving a Hyundai. Maybe 10- 20 years people laughed at Hyundais but that was because they were shit.

Now a days I wish you good luck trying to find ANYTHING wrong with a Hyundai.

Look it up. The Hyundai of today is reliable, high quality, safe, stylish and offer amazing value. They are what Toyota used to be.

  • @EliteSlayer542 It's a shame that it took Hyundai many years to realize they had a shitty car and to finally give the people semi reliable cars. Only one word "TOYOTA"

  • @professorxox who cares what Hyundai was years ago. How they are now is what counts. Guess what? They're kicking ass at the moment. Hyundai has been getting nothing but good press and feedback. They've passed Toyota in almost everything. Even Customer Loyalty. Me and my parents have own 4 Toyotas. A 1992camry, 1997corola, 2001corola, 2003camry, 2005avalon.

All of which are fantastic reliable cars. however lately, Hyundais are what we trust and buy. There great cars, shame not every1 realized it

  • @EliteSlayer542 I believe that hyuandai makes good cars but their prices show it. Im sticking with my toyotas.

  • @Jsoto1115 we should be boycotting Korea anyway, they are a horrbile country with one of the worst governments/ police states in the world, the pit of hell. and barbaric people.

  • @whtswrngwthupeople they make decent cars this is what this conversation about nobody gives a rat's ass about your boycotss. and America has barbaric people too. most likely more than korea dont say shit.

  • @whtswrngwthupeople .....hey dipshit, you are thinking of NORTH Korea....South Korea is a democracy. Then again....wouldn't expect an ignorant redneck to know the difference.....good luck with your boycott.....lol

  • @Teeebs If you think Democracy is freedom you are the ignorant redneck, Ben Franklin said a democracy is 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. Korea has a horribly corrupt government like the US does and a Barbaric Culture, you obvisouly have no clue what your're talking about like most people and only care about yourself and that's why this whole society is a diaster and on the brink of total collapse.

  • @whtswrngwthupeople ....Please enlighten us, oh wise one. And please stop quoting some slave owning, Founding Windbag.....thanks.

  • @whtswrngwthupeople do u mean obama is corrupted

  • @jin7210 obama is a puppet like Bush and Clinton, he will be politically destroyed as he takes the Heat for the elites agenda, when he is polictically useless he will be retired and a brand puppet will be promoted by the media to continue the agenda for another 4 years as things continue to get worse, taxes rise and the US is turned into a thrid world dictatorship with a drugged out idiot public that loves tyranny. Left or right means nothing, it's two side of the same coin.

  • @whtswrngwthupeople really, luckily i dont live in US..i though life was easy in US but its not.there is inflation in US

  • @jin7210 well, they call it the new world Order for a reason, in fact they even print "New world Order" on US money and George Bush gets up at the UN and makes speeched about th enew world order and the idiot public still thinks it's a conspriocy theory.

  • @EliteSlayer542 I've been working for Hyundai motors for a while (as a pre delivery inspector) and I can say for the most part Hyundai is definitely stepping up its game, but it'll still be a few more years until they get on par with the likes of Toyota or Honda.

  • @EliteSlayer542 I've never had a Hyundai, but I've heard they're INSANELY good cars now! I still own my '06 (built in '05) Toyota Camry LE and it has over 213,000 kilometres (~132,358 miles) on it, and NO PROBLEMS! :)

  • @EliteSlayer542 thats 5 cars not 4

  • @EliteSlayer542 Toyota's are as reliable, if not more than any Hyundai. The press is kowtowing to Hyundai because of all the 'cool' options it has. I wonder how many folks will die playing with these gadgets while they are supposed to be driving. In the end, you are still driving a Hyundai that will turn into a scrap metal in a few years.

  • @EliteSlayer542 That's all good but you look like a dumbfuck driving a hyundai.

  • @HDMFly Dumbfuck? With all due respect sir (none) you, are the dumbfuck for thinking that. Hyundai has had massive success and excellent public reception and feedback lately. All of they're new models have also been receive with very positive reviews by critics. And they're styling is a breath of fresh air in the dull non luxury market.

Get with it, and stop being so ignorant. Or, keep driving a Toyota and enjoy your overpriced old mans car while you stare at your dull hard plastic interior.

  • @EliteSlayer542 Your just mad because you bought a Hyundai piece of shit and you keep regretting not buying a Toyota.

  • @HDMFly Lol, I guess ignorance is bliss right? You fool. Go ahead, buy your toyotas, be a mindlessly loyal and hard headed Toyota customer while the rest of the world continues to buy more and more Hyundais. The same Hyundais that have been receiving excellent reviews and sales. Go, continue being stupid. And from the sound of it, I bet you aren't even old enough to drive, and if I'm wrong, then your still sad.

  • @EliteSlayer542 Yes, Hyundais have gotten good reviews lately. But look how long Toyota has been around and how good and reliable they have been. The Toyota 4x4 SR5 (Hilux) is a staple of a truck, thing could survive a nuke. The Corolla, MR2, Celica are all excellent cars. So you can go ahead and drive your Hyundai, I'll stick with Toyota.

  • @EliteSlayer542 how good is Nissan Altima compared to Toyota or Hyundai?

  • @rudhrakha Well, the Altima is getting a bit old and is in need a redesign and improved powertrains, but it's not a bad car. It's certainly more sporty than the Camry and even the Sonata, but I would take a Mazda 6 if I was looking for a sporty sedan. If you compared it to an accord, then it just comes down to personal prefrence really. I would wait for a redesign though.

  • @EliteSlayer542

I had 2004 Elentra it was cheap but reliable and had a low maintenance cost

the problem now is Hyundai prices are higher than before & after the improvements in the company our car dealers got soo greedy and raised the prices in my country KSA

    DAMN them greedy bastards

  • @EliteSlayer542 I agree with you 100 percent. I am a loyal Honda owner, because they last a long time and are reliable. Thats the name they built for themselves, but Honda's were garbage in the 80's, but by 1990-91 they began building cars that are still being whipped around in today!! On the same token, Hyundai's were garbage in the late 80's through the 90's... but now their cars are great! They'll keep getting better and possibly surpass Honda. You never know the future.

  • @dougdangger right on brother!

  • just watch the videos right here on youtube about unintended acceleration, my opinion is toyota knew and hid behind floor mats while people died, I will never buy from toyota, they are slimy cowards. They only made recalls because they were about too be forced too, this problem wasnt new, and not the first type of problem either.

  • does anybody know if the XRS requires premium gas?

  • @jumar1281 no, just regular. I have an 09 blacked out and it's sweet.

  • owner of three corollas, if there is a problem it s probably because it s manufactured in usa with japan parts; not the same quality of workers

  • You are actually right........the only real reason for the massive recall was that many people died because of this sticking accelerator pedal....So Toyota thought to make a big recall.....and not have any more big lawsuits on their conscious.I personally like their cars but dont like the recall on their pedal, brake on the Prius model...and now the faulty steering column on the Camry"s.Whats next?????

  • Why the loyalty to Toyota?

They lied to you people for 4 years knowing about this recall. Tried to bury it because they don't want the tarnish.

Truth is Toyota has had quality issues for 5 years but they've swept it under the rug. I hope this was a splash of water to help with the brainwashing.

  • .....the hondas are the fastest in class...

    Honda in 7.9 seconds.

    Mitsubishi in 8.0 seconds.

    Mazda in 8.3 seconds.

    Toyota in 9.1 seconds.

  • Before anyone decides to buy this Toyota Corolla, go take a test drive on a new VW, an Audi or even an Infiniti, even 2-3 years old models. Pretend you are used car buyers. Then go back and drive the Corolla and see if you still think it's as good as you think it is. If all in your life you just drive a Corolla one after another, you never progress. It's ok to still buy the Corolla because you can't afford something better yet, but at least you know what else is out there.

  • This would of been 10:22 seconds but the corolla accelerated it to 5:11 seconds

  • I purchased 2009 Corolla S because it looks much better then my 2005 Corolla S but somehow it gets 4 MPG less then the 05 corolla combined freeway and city driving. Oh! and my car did not experience the gas pedal issues but I will bring in for repair later. Good value and save gas too. I'll still buy a toyota. I had tried Civic EX, Sentra S, Mazda 3 etc and the corolla is much better value.

  • @kbb. Do you have any video about the toyota tacoma?

  • i never liked the corolla till i drove it.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! its a looooot of fun to drive and for the price it has great acceleartion.

beats the Civic by a few miles in competition.

    highly highly recommend it.

  • lol, doubt you've driven the civic coupe's then...

Every number on the civic's are more impressive. If your gonna try and tell me that the corolla can remotely be more nimble then the civic, then you've never done performance driving. And btw, the acceleration bit....civics are faster 0-60... nearly 2 seconds. Im not gonna say that the corolla isint a good car, but i wouldn't bash the civic before you know the facts.

  • well, i didn't like driving the civic. not saying its a bad car. i personally didn't like where everything was and when it came to driving it, i just didn't like to sit there. it felt odd to me. that was the sedan. never drove the coupe. n i drove the 2004 model or something around that year.

and for me, performance ment everything, but now i kinda don't care. as long as my car can get me to like 75 mph at a decent rate, i don't care anymore. that, and it has to turn good.

  • @spdfreak1784 NOt everyone is in it for "racing". The Corolla S and xrs are way better looking than the civics.

  • @professorxox u cant compare the looks, the toyota corolla is a 4 door middle aged man car, while the civic is a 2 door car with a hint of "sportiness" in mind (the suspension components will back me up in this statement). Thats like comparing the looks of a miata to a buick, they have nothing in common except for you can get one for about the same price. And that comment was just regarding the speed and nimbleness of the two cars, not looks.

  • I bet the ones that say Honda, Nissan and Toyota are pieces of shit don't even own one. That or a dumbass and never chaged the oil and all that and blame the car. I know they last I own a 97 Nissan pickup with over 160,000+ miles and have not had one problem with it. If you know how to take care of a car they will last!! My next car is a going to be the 2010 Toyota Corolla S.

  • LMAO!!! Time to convert to eletric!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Nope ! Nissan Sentra SE-R & SE-R Spec V. could crush Si... lol

  • You cannot match the throttle response and chassis rigidity in the corners.

  • We also can't match the Civic SI's notorious problem of popping out of gear.

    No thanks honda.

  • @wlsdn0128 that may be the case but DAMN THEY'RE UGLY CARS.

  • Nice lines and shape.............hats off to Toyota.Ive owned 2 so far and no complaints.

  • Durable car, can take a beating, and has awesome gas mileage. No complaints after owning two of them. It's the only car I've never complained about owning

  • @crustpunk I'm picking mine up tomorrow it's an 09 black with 16k miles.

Can't wait. So how long have you had those two xrs'? How many miles did you put on it and did you have any mechanical issues ever?

  • u can compare the corolla with the honda civic, but not the accord.. the accord is a family sedan..

ill take the civic tho, but if u want quietness n confort then the corolla would be a better choice

  • toyota corolla vs. honda accord.

    which is better??

  • They are not in the same segment. You can compare that overpriced Corolla with a Civic....and off course, Civic is the winner!

  • Just another boring Toyota design, with fiberglass body kit to make it look sporty when it is nothing close to sporty. Sorry, but I preffer to get an Elantra. It is just...BETTER: Better price, better equipement, better peformance, better confort, better fuel economy, better warranty.... Toyota is just fame, they had really good cars back in 90s and early 2000s, but now they make boring and overpriced cars. Moral of video: If you dont get the XRS version, you get the POS Corolla version.

  • Elantra is a good option, however, the resale value of an Elantra does not compete with a corolla's resale value. Everyone knows the resale value of the Corolla is among the best.

  • I dont buy a car to sell it later....

  • You're going to sell your Elantra eventually, so resale value is always a factor. I feel bad for you if you plan to drive it for the next 10 years until it has 250 000 km on it, and you end up driving it into a junk yard.

  • If I need another car, I buy it and keep the other one, and normally when we get rid of the cars we have, it is when the reselling price is the same for the age. After 10 years, there is no Toyota with "good reselling price". It is as old and used as any other car. I really dont believe in that reselling value bullshit, It is all about SPECULATION based on previous brands fame, period!. Now Toyota aint as good as they used to be and Hyundai quality is way better, so, what are we talking about?

  • corolla is a poor quality made in USA car get a ford focus

  • Why are they calling this "subcompact"?? The Corolla hasn't been subcompact since the 1980s. The Yaris is subcompact... Corolla is just a compact. Surprising that they would get it wrong being KBB...

  • Honda Accord is an ugly looking car. Camry and Corolla are pretty looking. Look at the fron of Accord, Civic, Camry, and Corolla, Corolla and Camry is much pretty from front. Accord and Civic are ugly.

  • forget it i have a toyota corolla 09 s i had a ford and i wasn't happy intill i bought this car

  • As economics go, the Corolla is a very dependable, reliable investment for the money. Averaging 28-32 MPG between City/Highway, and gas prices ever rising, you couldn't make a bad decision with this vehicle. Simple and minimal design makes the choice a good one. Increased standard safety enhancements make this an overall good and pratical choice for the daily commuter.

  • The Focus topped out on reliability. Better then the Corolla and Civic. I'm not saying that Toyota's aren't reliable. But Ford's have better reliability. The only thing is Ford doesn't have a car to compete with the Prius or Insight. So that's soon to come with the Focus hybrid. I'm proud of Ford.

I can't wait to trade in my Lexus for a Lincoln.

  • Comment removed

  • the camry is better

  • your comparing apples and oranges.......camry is a dif'rant class camry is a full size car .corolla is a compact..............

  • I like the civic better although I own a Corolla and Camry.

  • the light on the front of the toyota corolla is very the same like the new toyota camry!
