i think your talking about the Chaos Soldior. Yea he may look cool and seem like "the best character in the game" but he sucks. he only has 3 move (unchanged) and 1 throw and his stat percentages while most characters have some with 150% all of his are only like 110%

You must have unlocked Land of Carnage.

If you are in the Holt Village Item World when you get to floor 99 of a rank 39 Legendary equip DO NOT clear/pass floor 99. Gency out then go to the LoC's Item World and go into the equip. Though it's recommended to Gency and save if you want to get the right rarity, etc. Continue going through the equip and on floor 100 the Item God will have the rank 40 equip. You need to steal it from the Item God

For that, you'll need to find every piece of the treasure map. Chances are, if you're planning to go to the land of carnage, and power level, you're going to have the opportunity to get the maps anyway. The only way to get the treasure maps is to steal them from each of the different pirates that appear in the item world. The final pirates "Z pirates" only appear on floors lower than 61* there are additional pirates, but you'll need to be in the land of carnage for that xD

Uh no,

Angels are unlocked by beating Axel Mode 3-3

There is no EDF, just the Gunner class

and Wyrms are obtained after you beat Axel Mode 2-3

the twirling is actually uised like the eye twinkle on normal attacks to mask the load times so the looad time s from screen to screen is quicker it was a smart idea :D

The most likely reason for why they spin is because the PSP has trouble loading the attacks that include a weapon (an example would be the Yoshitsune). So NIS made that little spin charge thing at the beginning of an special move to let the PSP load the damn attack. After all, Disgaea 2 is more graphic intensive then Disgaea 1.
