  • hahah the dubbing is hilarious!!!

  • Is there an audience in Kitchen Stadium?

  • 3:15 approaching a "that's what she said moment"

  • If Chuck Norris were a chef, he'd still lose to Michiba.

  • ishikawa was such a badass samurai thatd be cool if they made him the black iron chef

  • @xraidedlok if this was an anime he would be the evil outcast and be the black iron chef with a giant sword knife always pissed but making insane dishes

  • I love the old man... he's so annoying but so cute.

  • 1:47 OMG LOL THAT SOUND SHE MADE XDDD

  • I wanted Ishikawa-san to win.... His dishes looked tastier and his attitude was the most appropriate.

  • I wish they'd drop the old guy, every dish he always has something that it's missing. Yeesh.

  • the ominous drum beats you hear in the beginning sounds like the 'Akira' score, doesn't it?

  • 4:47 - 4:53

    Hilarious!!!

  • Good Battle!! Couple of Heavyweights Going At It!

  • I don't know what it is with my weird fascination with natto, but the stuff just blows my mind...Thanks for uploading this one. Great episode!

On another note, the seemingly near constant look of disgust on the challenger's face during the judge tasting had me laughing harder than I probably should be.

  • Ahahaha you're right, he looks totally disgusted every time he talks to the judges! Priceless!

  • @Zhalfstriderj Tasty, innit?

  • the dramatic music at the end of every episode never ceases to crack me up

  • wtf no scores!!!

  • I believe that they omitted the scores to save embarrassment, if the difference between the two scores was large enough.

  • Scores are only given when there are four judges, since there cannot be a simple "two out of three" judgment.

  • In the older version during the early 90s, scores aren't presented, I think scores were introduced after the retirement of Rokusaburo Michiba in 1996.

  • Durn... I wanted the Challenger to win too. He tried so hard and was so serious. Of course I love the Iron Chefs.. but just this once!

  • But it seemed like the panelists prefered the challengers. They didn't really seem impressed by Michiba's.

  • I wanted the visitor to win... :(

  • Intense as always. Bravo!

  • Maybe he was upset when he heard the less-manly voice given to him during the previous episodes... or his voice went on vacation.

    :)

    Anyway, another great video.

  • he has sakais voice

  • the novelist has a manly voice in this episode

  • I love the novelist. He reminds of a novelist you'd see in a story that begins with "It was a dark and stormy night at the manor..."
