This Game in my opinion, is the Worst SOR, Why?

1) the music is horrible

2)The Censure in the whole game

3) (and more important) The complete Change of the argue in the story of the game (the japanese version and story is 1000 times better)

However, the gem imprisoned them. So you have to free them, but if you beat the game without freeing that many (You're only forced to free one in the game.), you get an ending where the Spritelings are only able to get you a tent. It's funny because it's like they're saying "Thanks, tubs...." Plus, it doesn't even COMPARE to Wario's old castle.

Now what if you did a "Funny" Bad Endings series? I know a couple of games that have some funny bad endings.

One of them is in "Wario World". In that game, Wario finds a purple gem and adds it to his collection of treasures, then it turns out the gem is CURSED and turns Wario's castle into a funhouse, I guess you can say. There are these creatures called Spritelings, who can help you defeat the gem, and help you rebuild Wario's castle. *Continued in next comment*

umm not to be mean, but exactly what (wish i could italizise) scares you in these endings? i mean, its not like they really happend, and there are cartoon shows with worse endings than this for pete's sake! unless you have a very imaginative mind (or i could be an emotionless shell) and can put yourself in the game, i can't see what makes it so scary.

P.S. please don't start a flame war, i just want an answer.

@lilassyrian33 The music and the feeling of utter failure, probably. Also, I fail to see how a city being destroyed and hundreds of people dying isn't dark. There hasn't been a Streets of Rage game since this one, so there's been no further canon to prove it didn't end badly. (Though it probably didn't)

Somtimes I wonder why there isn't any voice acting in Streets of Rage 3 as the texts of what the characters say. Probably if the did put voice acting in that game it will sound staticy, corny and annoying at the same time. The Genesis sound card wasn't powerful enough for the voice acting to be sounding clear but for the SNES that is understanding because its sound card was powerful for that happen. Anyway why did they put credits in a Bad Ending especially when the city wasn't saved in time?!

This is good stuff, but I have a few suggestions/questions

Maybe the man in the picture was the doctor that was mentioned in the dialogue ( I never played the third one)

Apparently axil was captured, yet he appeared at the end with almost nn sign of him being recused.

Also, you say that mr x is still alive in the other ending, but It doesent actually say that.

And I think It would havebeen even more effective if they died in the facility

@LightningBanks The man in the chair looks exactly like Mr. X from SOR 1 and 2, it must be him. But then, the whole game takes place on the heroes' perspective, so there's no way they could see Mr. X smashing a glass while watching them.

As for Axel, Mr X's robot factory made a robot copy of Axel to wreck the city and dirt his name. This robot impostor is one of the bosses in SOR3.

Bad ending 3: So many people die that we couldn't tell you the number?!?!

Also the credits and end pic for the BK3 is just practically a bitchslap to the face. It's practically saying that you don't CARE that the city practically exploded.

I love this series. One ending that you really should brig up is the bad ending to "Rolo to the Rescue" on the Mega Drive/Genesis.

That is one horrifying ending. Check it up. =)

I know we could probably argue until the end of time about which game is better; SOR3 or BK3. Sure, BK3 has some fun extras and is much easier than SOR3, making it more fun at first, but SOR3's much harder difficulty is more rewarding once you get better at the game(s) and has the better bad ending that you mentioned, but I'll end the debate by saying BK3 is better simply because Blaze, my favorite character, is wearing red rather than silver clothes. This is the truth! ^_^
