i'm not just saying this because i REALLY do not like vanessa hudgens but it was bad dress choice on her part. the shape was nice on her but the top part with the flowers looked ridiculous and fugly.

I'd have to disagree with you, it really seems like your opinion is purely based on the fact that you dislike her, but to each their own. I think it was a pretty good pick on her part for choosing that dress. It looked great on her, in fact, I think her dress was a lot better than a lot of the other dresses that the other celebs were wearing. Beyonce's and Jessica Biel's dress being a couple of them.
