Im not buying it, that aliens would simply hover around in their little flying objects. Seems pretty pointless. If there truly is higher intelligence in the world then we wouldnt even beable to see or understand them. For example we could be an alien experiment or our world is a snow globe on some aliens desk.
Balloons was my first thought. At least of the first bit of footage. Not so sure about the stuff in the middle... those objects were reflective, and didn't have a constant velocity. I watched several individually, and they did change direction and speed. Weird. Not saying its aliens, but definitely unidentified flying objects.
