Maybe if you guys read the Bible like you claim you would know that justification is through works and faith. That's what it says in James 2:24 "For you see a man is JUSTIFIED BY HIS WORKS, AND NOT BY FAITH ALONE." What else is funny you admitted there is no verse in the Bible that says Faith alone, but James 2:24 says Works and Faith. There is no trick to it no loophole just means what it says.
@dsr9996 It dug it's own grave. The character says he follows the Bible yet bluntly ignores James 2:24. There is no twist to it It means that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone.
Creative video. But I am not Catholic and I think James is saying in chapter 2 that it doesn't make sense for someone who claims to have faith to have no works. He's challenge the church and questioning if they even have faith, since they're lack of works imply otherwise. Yes, Protestants believe that we are saved through faith only, but that doesn't give us the liberty say we believe and then sit around and pick our nose.
There is no virtue outside of Christ's death satisfying God. Infusion for Catholics begins at baptism. The grace is infused is the beginning of justification. It is the free will choice for Catholics to take infused grace and work it Free will has no virtue it is not moral toward God by choice.James was talking to Jews absent from works rebuking complascency not adding to teaching of Paul. The Nature of God can only be satisfied by the Nature Of God Himself for justice done righteousness imputed
Well done... now if only people were that civil and rational while they are discussing their beliefs. It is nice that you pointed out the "I have heard that Catholics believe" or "I have been told that Catholics believe". For those people, I would urge you to grab a Catechism of the Catholic Church to learn what Catholics believe and not relying on what your Protestant brothers and sisters are teaching you about Catholics, or what a poorly catechised Catholic tells you.
this video shunned it'self.

@speedy779 Speedy, what do you mean that the video "shunned" itself?

@PabstOban What exactly is wrong with the Catechism?
It is perfectly fine. What in the Catechism would God disagree with.
