Sooo strange to see Tan Dun conducing Shostakovich. He's defintely not a conductor version of Lang Lang.

I think this piece is best played by the full orchestra, actually. Just one thing, the Presto could have been faster.

I have heard this played twice by brass bands (not full orchestras) and I think it is best played by breass bands.
