My churchmates dancing the Subanon dance called "Thalek". The second dance using the bamboos is called "Khinlesung" which is derived from the rhythm of the music played on a wooden drum (similar to a mortar or lusong) called "Kinilisong", in Western Subanon areas the mortar rhythm is called Khinlesung.
