To be exact,this is just "a sand fall video " with "the bad-apple!! video" filter. and...used color sand is blue only!

正確に言えば、落ちる砂の映像に、例のbad apple!!の動画をフィルターとして使った形となります。

@Anonymkis I don't think the creator was quite trying to hide that editing was used to show different sands together forming the needed images. But it does add extra beautiful textures, which was the intent, which I'd say is itself well done.
