I don't know when this is from, but it's Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto. I saw them do this Bizet routine in Halifax a few years ago and it was fantastic!

Yes they are. The Tuba and Trombone payers are the only origional members still in the group, the rest have changed, some a couple of times.
