There are two kinds of Zen. Clasical Zen and Practical Zen. Clasical Zen means koan, teisho, seshin, dokusan, chado, orioki, shikantaza, chanting sutras, carring a bowl and wearing robes of a monk ( an insider ). Also zazen and incense burning. Practical Zen means how can I use my insight into Zen in my everyday life. There is a time when one needs to put robe on a shelf, take off straw sandals, put on slippers and cook for oneself the best of meals. After enlightenment one fully enjoys himself.

@dtseringdorje Can you give yourself as an example to your students if you don't do not join them in practice? You seem a bit selfish. Practice and enlightenment are not separate.

@gabrielgal18 I am not enlightened and there is no students around. Thanks to God. Selfish? Why not. Keep your stomac full and your bones warm. Eat good healthy food and enjoy yourself if you know how. Practice? Keep only DON'T KNOW MIND and recognise that three times are empty illusion.
