The + is important because that's the latest one. Unfortunately, some sellers use the name to sell the regular i68.

I just got mine a few days ago and it's pretty cool.

I'm gonna play with it for a couple of weeks and then post a review. I think that it's important to watch a review from an actual every day user and not a company who's just trying to sell you one.
