I've seen the ATF form, but I have a question you may be able to answer. What is the application fee? If I'm reading it correctly, and from what I've read here, it should be $100 for 3 years, and $50 for each renewal. I'm just trying to gauge whether it will be worth it to get my license. I regularly order a lot from Victory every year, and I've been looking at the class B stuff, but I would only buy at most 3 cases.

this video is excellent. i have to ask you this. lets say i live in a state where they DO NOT allow any "good" fireworks like sky rockets, firecrackers, roman candles, reloadables, or any airborne thing, like in the state of California. Can i get the ATF Type 54 to buy those kind of fireworks in California. And if so can i go to nevada to buy sky rockets and roman candles and such and 1.3 professional fireworks? also where in California can i go to get the license? Thank You in advance

@YoteKing It is never too late, you will still like fireworks next year and later on this year also. Do not think fireworks are just for July 4. Once your get your ATF license you will find more occasions to use fireworks.

The Type 54 allows you to purchase 1.3 fireworks in any state. Then it is up to you to follow whatever local requirements there are. My guess is there are distributors selling 1.3 products in NY right now; if you call one of them they can explain it. The license allows you to purchase fireworks; it does not judge competency or permission. But it helps. I address the issue in the videos.
